Sorry about that: I just found out about that today and by the time I went to correct it you had already fixed the page.

However, I think we still need something that provides the same info that is on the rest of that page. It is safe to assume that a lot of people (including me) would not be able to figure out:

  1. Open Yast > Software Management.
  2. In the search field type kde.
  3. pull down "package" puldown menu,
  4. choose "all in this list" > "upgrade if newer version available".
  5. log out and back in.

The reason I posted the link is that the question came up on another mailing list and I had the article in my bookmarks. I don't feel right about just stealing the instructions from the other page without credit. Orbert 17:54, 26 June 2006 (UTC)
