er "Write the disk image to a floppy" is a little thin. Can anyone provide a link to some more detailed instructions?

Merge with Installation without CD

This article is of same flavor as Installation without CD but Installation without CD covers more areas. I rec' that it be added to Installation without CD as a subsection and that article cleaned and tagged for move to SDB.
