On a Toshiba L20 laptop with an atheros AR5005G wifi card, I used OpenSUse 10.2, together with Madwifi, and all worked out of the box (update source madwifi etc) without problems. Gijs van Gemert

Toshiba Satellite P105-S6084

Installed 10.3 on my Toshiba with Vista. No sound until I added my fixed & re-compiled DSDT.aml. Suse 10.3 by far was the easier install over Fedora, Mandriva, Debian, Ubuntu, or Gentoo with respect to getting everything to work.

OS v11 and OS 11.1

On this laptop almost everything works except the built-in Modem (not tested). To have bluetooth working you must install omnibook-kmp-pae and modprobe it. nVidia Driver. Only needs to add the nVidia Repository the rest is detected and works OOTB.
