Jlammrs reported sound as not working with 10.1 on R51. I did a fresh install of 10.1 and sound worked out of the box. I did experience sound problems with 10.0, but they are fixed with 10.1. --Cassens 11:00, 26 May 2006 (UTC)

3000 n200 series

doesn't match the one on this table, maybe it's older, mine is brand spanking new, and it has amongst other things an inten bgn4965 wireless card, that works out of the box with the iwl4965 driver. everything else worked out real smooth, except the soundcard, which needed the "options snd-hda-intel model=lenovo" line to /etc/modprobe.conf.local.

I'm sorry of this is the totally inappropriate place to contribute, but I don't know how else, I just wanted to add to the compatibility list :)

T30 wifi

Why is wireless listed as NA for the T30? It has two different built-in wifi options, IBM High Rate Wireless LAN Mini-PCI Adapter with Modem II or Cisco Aironet Wireless 802.11B. --SZurcher 17:56, 25 Jul 2008 (UTC)
