International mirrors
If you click on "International mirrors" you will be redirected to http://www.novell.com/products/suselinux/ ; there you can click on the "Free Download" paragraph and you will end at http://www.opensuse.org/ . Where may I find a current mirror list? --Keichwa 01:26, 16 Nov 2005 (MST)
- I think this problem has been solved; it has been removed from the main page. Anyone? Felipe1982 15:14, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
Supplementary repositories for Factory? 8)
It should be pointed out that the supplementary repositories are intended for use only with the released versions - unless, of course, unbeknownst to me, they are also for consumption by the current development release or Factory.
Need a good repository for Xgl!
I am using the stable Open Suse Linux 10.0 version and want to try out Xgl. I got xglx, cairo and the other needed packages for xgl experience - minus compiz!
Please add compiz to some repository of Suse Linux-OSS 10.0 soon! I also feel that the guides for Xgl are not quite clear for this version yet. I bet that many linux users are tempted to use this distro for easy installation of Xgl, however it seems like it is easier to emerge xgl in gentoo than fiddling with xgl in suse linux 10.0-oss which is not the way it should be since Xgl is sort of Novell property.
Please upload a good compiz package soon and a good guide! I can't wait to try out Xgl!
(Yes I have tried Kororaa Xgl Live CD, and it rocks)

10.2 repositories for the other "additional yast packages"
I noticed the new repos for packman, guru, oss, non-oss et al. Very happy. What about the rest? Would be nice the see the entire list updated and ready-to-go for opensuse 10.2

I am trying to add the Beryl repository for OpenSUSE 10.2 to YaST and it fails. I get the following error:
Unknown Error: Downloading metadata failed (is YUM source?) or user did not accept remote source. Aborting refresh.
when I try to add (HTTP, software.opensuse.org, /download/X11:/XGL/openSUSE_10.2/). Anyone has any idea?

repository for Atheros madwifi kernel-module
Hi, wouldn't it be a good idea to include this repository, too?
http://en.opensuse.org/Atheros_madwifi
At least a link to this page would be nice, I think.
ATI
The Link doesn't work. --Geheimagent 07:15, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
Works fine over here with Smart Rinse 13:09 05-03-2007
Mozilla
The repository for Mozilla on 10.3 comes back with a 404 error. Is this due to the recent hardware failure? --Jasedit 18:37, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
