The initial aim of this project is to document & test configurations of SUSE Linux, to be able to interoperate in an IT environment dominated by other vendor products.
Initial focus is on a SUSE Linux system in Microsoft environments.

KDE "Redmond" Profile
A MS-Windows 2000 profile is provided by default, but not active. Single users, a group of users or all can assigned to use it using the kiosktool. The system will look like a Windows 2000 system, double click will get required, application menu will be adapted and other settings will be switched for these users. The profile "redmond" is part of the kdebase3-SuSE package.
