How to contact the authors of s2ram?

headline added --Pistazienfresser 17:49, 19 March 2011 (MDT)

Hello,

In the chapter "How to contact the authors of s2ram?" there is a link missing to the "minimal testing mode". I think that it is logging in from Grub with bootparameters "/init/bin/bash" and mode "3"

Regards, Frans

PS I have edit the chapter "How to contact the authors of s2ram?" to point out

  the missing link.

Name&theme of this article: About s2ram binary or Suspend to RAM in general?

Is this an article about (the use of) the s2ram binary or about the concept of suspend to RAM in general/in openSUSE (and how to use it)? If this is an article about the binary/program s2ram and not about the hole concept it should be named s2ram, SDB:s2ram, SDB:s2ram (binary) or something like it. --Pistazienfresser 17:49, 19 March 2011 (MDT)

Suspend to RAM in later opensuse versions

This section lists users experiences using s2ram in later versions.

s2ram works with opensuse 13.2 with both the nouveau and the nvidia binary drivers for an old asus m3n78-vm system. I didn't have to do any troubleshooting though.
