"we have to create the users in our system": Which users do we need? Everybody that needs to access a resource over the network needs to have an identically named user account on the other side.

Question: Does capitalization of the name matter? What if my name is spelled with capital on Windows, and without on Linux?

Why does this article describe editing smb.conf instead of using YAST?
