openSUSE 10.3 - Review lunapark6.com; user spammed to OSNews too
  • Install hasn't changed
  • Install takes long
  • Apparent slowness
  • Noticeable 1-2 second wait for "More Applications" in GNOME
  • More Applications has too many + unnecessarily large icons
  • scary message that Xgl wasn't compatible with the installed nvidia driver, while it works
  • Desktop effects not available in kde (false)
  • Big one: duplication of effort with 'Control Center' and 'YaST':
  • YaST feels bloated and slow. "Community Repos" and "Software Repos" should be one. "Online Update" and "Automatic Online Update", too.
  • Software Management takes 30-45 secs to start up.
