OpenSUSE 11.1 is the future version of openSUSE. Currently the projected public release date is December 18th, 2008. It will feature many improvements and cool new features from the openSUSE community over version 11.0, as well as software updates including GNOME 2.24, KDE 4.1.1, OpenOffice.org 3.0, and a final version of Firefox 3.0.
