Kerry Beagle is a KDE frontend for the Beagle desktop search daemon.

It was written for and first time included in SUSE Linux 10.1.

A screenshot gallery shows its feature set, the blog entry which made it known to more people.

The tarball of version 0.1.1 which was included in SUSE Linux 10.1. It requires libbeagle, at least version 0.2.0, and kdebase packages.

Existing translations: cs, de, es, fi, fr, hu, it, ja, km, nb, nl, pl, pt_BR, pt, tr, uk, zh_CN and zh_TW

Packages are available in SUSE Linux, Kubuntu Universe, Fedora Extra and (rumored) also for Xandros.


The latest release is 0.2.1 and requires at least libbeagle 0.2.5.

rpms of it are available for SUSE Linux 10.1 and Factory.
