Slow kde/plasma start since 4.3

If firefox is default in 11.2, how do users import their bookmarks from konqueror

• the default applies only to new users, so this cannot happen
• there are no KDE-specific bookmarks in Konqueror, so default Firefox bookmarks should be fine
