• improve kde building guide (bille) - no progress
• announce kde bug day for day after beta 1, suggestion 19-20 April (beineri) - to be done
• script for watching homes for kde apps (dirk) - pending next OBS milestone (Daffodil)
• add packaging guideline for kde4 packages - to be done before next packaging day
• discuss with mls what to do with the nsplugins package on x86_64 problem - tb
• doublecheck and 64bit flash player thing (bille) - done

Action Items

• FOSDEM report
  • Dirk and Will reported on their time at FOSDEM. The openSUSE-KDE talk went well and generated some interest in the Python KDE4 tool that we coded and demonstrated for monitoring the build service.
  • Yaloki (Pascal Bleser) pointed out that Novell developers need to do much more pre-event publicity to ensure a good turnout.
• KDEPIM 4.1 testing request
  • The team issued a call for testing KDEPIM 4.1 as is planned to be used in 11.0 and pointed out how to install it
• Q&A session
  • Question on 4.0.2 availability - already in the OBS for testing, will be published on release day
  • Question about printing - Qt 4.4 should reverse some of the regressions introduced by the delay of kdepirnt
  • Question about us using Bespin widget style for 11.0. It is in a very early stage of development but we will monitor it for later releases. This launched a discussion about theming.
