Action Items

• KDE Team to review the community wishlist
• Prepare KDE Packaging Cookbook with specfile templates for common types of applications or KDE components, suitable for novice packagers (wstephenson)

• Explain SUSE/KDE specfile specifics better, for experienced packagers

• Plan a schema for KDE:* and Qt:* Build Service projects

• Extend Building KDE 4 guides on techbase.kde.org for openSUSE users
  • small extensions done (dirkmueller), more needed

• Add 'always keep on top' option to SUSE2 window decoration
  • Can't reproduce, when adding the button to a custom layout it shows up fine with SUSE2 decoration (dirkmueller)

• Get opensuse-updater's notifications fixed to not fail focus stealing checks and appear behind other windows any more
