Noted the following issues:

    Overall, i get all toshiba M100 functionality straight out of 10.3 install, very impressed.

If you want bluetooth, you need to load the toshiba_acpi module (comes with opensuse's default kernel) and after that toshbt module (does not come with opensuse's default kernel, you need to download it and compile it separately).
