G:C / GC

GNOME:Community repository - Refers to the build service repository where community members add GNOME packages.

G:S / GS

GNOME:STABLE repository - Refers to the build service repository which contains stable updates for GNOME. Even though no guarantees are given, it should be safe to update your GNOME version from here.

G:U / GU

GNOME:UNSTABLE repository - Refers to the build service repository which contains GNOME updates. Only update from here if you are sure what you are doing. Mostly used as a staging area and stability can not be guaranteed.

G:W / GW

GNOME Website Links to the GNOME Project website and includes news about Developement of the desktop, latest releases, support and Contribution to the GNOME community and also artwork specific stuff. Mostly used for more Informations about the desktop at all.

G:F / GF

OpenSUSE Factory GNOME Unstable repository - Refers to the factory GNOME repository. Which provides most GNOME dependend Factory releases.
