Enabling bluetooth on a Toshiba with toshset

WARNING: this works on a Toshiba Portege M300, but may not work on every/any other Toshiba

Upgrade toshiba_acpi see Upgrading Toshiba ACPI to support bluetooth/fnfx/toshset for details
Copy toshset toshset to /usr/local/bin/toshset
Make it executable
Use it to enable bluetooth

On my system it looked like this:

# cp toshset /usr/loca/bin/toshset
# chmod 755 /usr/local/bin/toshset
# /usr/local/bin/toshset -bluetooth on
