EAP in pppd

By default pppd in Suse 9.1 ... 10.RC1 use eap auth. more servers not accept whis metod for auth (standart dialup server Wndows and Linux), and server not install connect from user mashine. Please add option refuse-eap in /etc/ppp/peers/ppp for disable eap by default.
