Adopt a package! Be part of our team
Get involved! The Czech Packagers Team is taking care of more than 1400 software packages of openSUSE project. We are creating new packages (see a Package Wishlist), updating them and fixing various bugs. Our work requires a bit of wizardry: we often search for sources of problems in a code we have never seen before and we are the first ones to test all the surprising features of new gcc releases. Take a part in our daily magic rituals, just try to find a bug in any of our packages and then feel free to fill in a bugreport. But remember, we prefer bugreports with patches included! ;-)
We are searching for people who would like to help us with maintaining packages in openSUSE Buildservice. If you have some experience with packaging and you are willing to donate part of your free time to openSUSE project, welcome to our team.
