Configuring a Mysql database is a very common task and can be easily done from the web interface. Go to the "Server" option on the "Configuration" Tab. Check the "Configure Mysql database" option and you'll be able to configure a mysql database on that appliance.

You can upload a .tar.bz2 with a mysql dump on it and also add mysql users and set their permissions.
