You can configure the appliance to boot into graphical mode at the "Startup" option at the "Configuration" tab. Once you've selected that, go to the "Desktop" option at the same tab and select the user you want to make autologin with.
You have selected your software and done several configurations. One of this is to boot into graphical mode. Are you trying to make a KIOSK like application? If so, go to Implementing_a_KIOSK_like_Appliance_With_Windows_Manager_in_SUSE_Studio.
Otherwise, let's add some boot scripts by going to Configuring_Boot_Scripts_in_SUSE_Studio or let's add some files by going to Adding_Files_in_SUSE_Studio
