Default wallpapers go into /usr/share/wallpapers . You can see there are some symlinks there that you can customized by pointing to yours.
If you want to customize only a user wallpaper, do that on test drive and get the modified files.
Ok. Your desktop wallpaper is ready now. Let's configure nautilus bookmarks by going to Configuring_Gnome_nautilus_bookmarks_in_SUSE_Studio.
If you do not feel like configuring the bookmarks, you can configure the appliance to boot in graphical mode. Go to Configuring_Graphical_Boot_in_SUSE_Studio.
