Major Issues

• Promotion of National LUGs outside USA and Germany
• Translation to other languages all the OFFICIAL NOVELL documentation about the project
• Include the Project at the highest level in global free software events (FLISOL , Free Software Day)

Minor Issues

• "bad image" that got openSUSE after the Microsoft & NOVELL alliance.
• "bad idea" be at open Software / Projects .... because people thinks there is no money included

Role of the board

The board is to be and instrument for the project, be the one how receive all the ideas of the members of the project and brings the lines of work for the years at power (nice :) ) The main objective of the board has to be:

• Create lines of work to set openSUSE stronger, bigger and as a worldwide IT solution

Aims/Goals

• Increase the number of openSUSE members
• Official documentation in Spanish (at least)
• Create interest of working for the openSUSE Project in countries were no free software groups are established
