Board Meetings are after the Project Meeting at 19:00 UTC

Archives

Archives of old meetings are kept in the Meetings/Archive page.

Meeting Format

In general we follow the meeting guidelines outlined for the openSUSE project, with the following exceptions/additions;

• The meetings are listen-only for the public. At the end of the Meeting there is an open slot to give your comments or to ask the board your questions.

• Meetings are scheduled to run for two hours. It is however flexible to extend beyond that, should it be needed.

Post Meeting Duties

As soon as the meeting has ended, the following has to be done manually:

• Update Meetings with the next date

• Update Meetings/Archive with the archive entry
